How do we query OCLC?

1. Go to the OCLC Research Experimental Center
2. Try some values we discovered in example.csv what combination works
   • E.g. try using ISSN to get OWI, use OWI to get recommended Call Numbers (ddc, lcc)
3. After we figure how we want to query, start trying it out in Bash using cURL.
4. Build up a Bash script that run the querries and accumulate the results
